Our family lodge in Yasuní: 11 rooms, 7 cabins and 4 standard rooms

Our Sinchi Wayra lodge is a family project and completely unique. Founded in 2023, our jungle lodge sits on the shore of the Rio Napo – 2.5 hours by boat from the nearest town, Coca. The Ecuadorian headwaters of the Amazon are a wildlife treasure and a rare glimpse at a truly biodiverse and intact rainforest. The lodge, in traditional Kichwa style, was built by hand by the Gualinga family over 6 years. We invite you to join us for a few days in the Amazon rainforest, where you get to know the century old Kichwa culture and the natural beauty of plants, animals and birds with our passionate naturalist guides.
